	Units are pre-filled with the lube / grease you specify.
	You select settings to dispense grease / lube as quickly as 14-days or as long as a year.

Operating Principal For The Nitrogen Gas Unit

A closed switch, or switch combination, will activate an electro-chemical reactor cell. The cell serves to convert electrical energy into nitrogen gas. The gas, which is completely inert, is trapped in a hermetically-sealed chamber under the cell. As more gas is produced, internal pressure builds up and triggers a piston. The piston then forces lubricant out of the cylinder and into the lube point / grease fittings.

The strength of the electrical current determines the amount of nitrogen gas that is produced. The gas, in turn, controls the rate of lubricant flow and the length of time the Electro-Luber ™ will operate. View a diagram of how it works!

Standard lubricant fills with lithium soap base are available from all major oil companies. All dispensing rates are based on a 24-hour operation.

Bearings with grease fittings on the labyrinth seal can be permanently equipped with an Electro-Luber ™dispenser. This will provide a tight seal around the runner and will prevent dust and water from entering the bearing.
