ULTRA-FILM CONVEYOR LUBRICANTS

Digilube System’s Ultra-Film lubricants are specifically formulated and designed to lubricate various types of conveyor systems. These thin filmed anti-wear, EP lubricants are petroleum hydrocarbon based with synthetic compound mixtures. Ultra-Film lubricants have no solids and perform better than other competing thin film lubricants containing solids like moly / MOS2.  This is especially good news for companies interested in protecting the environment!

Our lubricants are formulated to effectively lubricate all types of chain conveyors which are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at elevated temperatures and can withstand sustained loads in excess of 300,000 P.S.I.

The carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind a thin film of synthetic lubricants. Since they are semi-dry, they resist drippage and reduce the attraction of airborne pollutants which can fall onto finished parts.
