Digilube System’s lubricants are especially developed thin film lubricants designed to lubricate various types of conveyor systems.  These anti-wear, EP lubricants are a combination of petroleum hydrocarbons and synthetic compound mixtures which give excellent lubricity with extremely low residue levels.  Our lubricants are formulated to effectively lubricate all overhead monorail conveyors which are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at elevated temperatures and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 400,000 P.S.I.  The carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind synthetic lubricants. Since these lubricants are semi-dry, they resist drippage and reduce the attraction of airborne pollutants which can fall onto finished parts.
