Digilube Systems’s LP755M & 755MG lubricants contain Molybdenum and Molybdenum/Graphite with service temperatures of 650 to 1000 degrees fahrenheit respectively. These lubricants are designed for long-lasting service where loads, pressures and extreme environments are problems over a wide temperature range. 

These anti-wear, EP lubricants are petroleum hydrocarbon based and contain MOS2 and synthetic compound mixtures. 

Our lubricants are formulated to effectively lubricate all overhead monorail conveyors which are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at elevated temperatures and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 400,000 P.S.I.

The carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind MOS2 and synthetic lubricants. Since they are semi-dry, they resist drippage and reduce the attraction of airborne pollutants which can fall onto finished parts.
