Digilube System’s lubricants are especially developed thin film lubricants designed to lubricate various types of conveyor systems.  These anti-wear, EP lubricants are petroleum hydrocarbon based and contain MOS2 and synthetic compounds mixtures. 

LP505 is formulated to effectively lubricate all overhead monorail conveyors, especially those which are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at temperatures of -55°F to +500°F and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 500,000 P.S.I. 

LP505’s carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind MOS2 and synthetic lubricants. Since LP505 is semi-dry, it resists drippage and reduces the attraction of airborne pollutants which can fall onto finished parts.
