LP400T / LP600HFT / LP750T / LP750HFT DESCRIPTION DATA SHEETDigilube System’s lubricants are especially developed thin film lubricants designed to lubricate various types of conveyor systems. These anti-wears, EP lubricants are petroleum hydrocarbon based and contain PTFE and synthetic compounds mixtures which are formulated to effectively lubricate all types of overhead monorail conveyors that are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 400,000 P.S.I. The carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind PTFE and synthetic lubricants. Since these are semi-dry they resist drippage and reduce the attraction of airborne pollutants, which can fall onto finished parts.
