LP400 / LP750 / LP750HF/ LP750HF-TPS DESCRIPTION DATA SHEETDigilube System’s lubricants are especially developed thin film lubricants designed to lubricate various types of conveyor systems. These anti-wear, EP lubricants are petroleum hydrocarbon based and contain MOS2 and synthetic compound mixtures. Our lubricants are formulated to effectively lubricate all overhead monorail conveyors which are subjected to washers and high temperature ovens. It is designed to protect against wear, rust and corrosion at elevated temperatures and can withstand repeated loads in excess of 400,000 P.S.I. The carrier cleans and penetrates into the conveyor’s wear points and evaporates, leaving behind MOS2 and synthetic lubricants. Since they are semi-dry, they resist drippage and reduce the attraction of airborne pollutants which can fall onto finished parts.
